About me.

I’m a total nerd about learning. I’m always chasing ideas, turning over new topics in my head, and asking big questions like: Why is this the way it is? What are the ripple effects? How do we make this better?

I’ve built everything from sales training for global sellers at Dell to college courses that mixed creativity, structure, and experimentation. I like building from the ground up—giving structure to chaos, wrestling ambiguity into submission, and designing experiences that matter.

I’m the person who says, “OK, just hear me out…” and then lays out an idea from left field—or a bad idea that might just be the stepping stone to a great solution. I love a good spreadsheet. I organize game nights. I ask questions that get people thinking deeper. I get excited about native plants, sci-fi/fantasy novels and high-quality jeans.

I hike without headphones. I read with my kid. I hum the Severance theme in my head. I believe the first bite is taken with the eye, and that good design should feel as good as it looks. I play tabletop RPGs because they stretch the imagination and build muscles no gym can touch.

I’m a family man. I call my mom. I say “I love you” often. I make my wife laugh. And yes—hummus on toast is wildly underrated.

(And I really mean it—this isn’t just another jobby-sounding bio.)
